Morocco’s Arms Industry Act takes effect, encouraging foreign participation, from firearms to aircraft and battleships, the military has it all
The Order establishes the procedures for the manufacture, import, export, and transportation of military-related materials.
With the publishing in the Official Gazette of Order No. 2.21.405 implementing Act No. 10.20 on defense and security equipment and materials, weapons and ammunition, a new era for our Royal Armed Forces has begun.

Thus, The Official Gazette also issued Executive Decree No. 2.21.406 on the execution of Act No. 05.20 on cybersecurity for the month of August 2021.
However, these laws create the foundation for the manufacturing of weapons and defense equipment, as well as the manufacture and export of weapons and military and security equipment utilized by the armed and security forces.
