King Mohammed VI calls for recovery to the President of Mauritania after being infected with COVID-19

After being infected with the Corona virus, King Mohammed VI wrote a message of condolence to Mohamed Ould Ghazouani, President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.

“I learned with great emotion and concern about the news of your infection with the Corona virus, and I pray to God Almighty to expedite your recovery and restore you to full health and wellness, and to protect you and entrust you with His care until you continue to lead the brotherly Mauritanian people towards their aspirations of steady progress and prosperity,” according to the telegram.

“Looking forward to future collaborative effort to continue building and cementing the fraternal relations and beneficial collaboration that exist between our two nations,” the King concluded, “I hope that you, Mr. President and my dear brother, would accept my heartfelt condolences and admiration.”
