H.M. the King hosts a dinner in honor of an American Congress delegation

Friday in Rabat, His Majesty King Mohammed VI hosted a dinner in honor of a congressional delegation composed of seven senators from both the Democratic and Republican parties.

The dinner was attended by André Azoulay, Advisor to H.M. the King, Nasser Bourita, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccans Living Abroad, and members of the government.

Other guests included Chakib Alj, President of the General Confederation of Moroccan Businesses, the Secretary General of the Council of the Jewish Community of Morocco, Serge Berdugo, the Secretary General of the Rabita Mohammadia des Oulémas, Ahmed Abbadi, and others.

The members of the U.S. Congressional delegation are Senators Jacky Rosen, James Lankford, Michael Bennet, Kirsten Gillibrand, Dan Sullivan, Mark Kelly, and Ted Budd. They were joined by by representatives of the U.S. Embassy in Morocco.
