Mezzour told the press following the meeting of the high-level inter-ministerial commission to oversee market supply and prices, “All products that experience high consumption during Ramadan, are available on the national market and their prices are falling steadily to return to normal.”
In order to lessen the burden on the populace, he continued, the government, walis, governors, and all other parties involved in monitoring the market supply have been mobilized.
This meeting, which was held at the Ministry of the Interior’s main office, provided an opportunity to highlight the variety and abundance of products available on national markets, particularly those with high consumption during the month of Ramadan.
