Sevilla reassures the people following Yassine Bounou’s injury

Yassine Bounou, the goalie for Morocco’s national team, suffered an injury against Almeria on Sunday, the 25th day of the Spanish championship. Sevilla reassured the public that he is healthy.

The club stated in a statement that the medical examinations rule out any complications.

Sevilla stated: “Yassine Bounou suffered a vagal discomfort during the game this afternoon against UD Almeria, after receiving a strong impact. He is out of the hospital and will continue his recovery at home once all symptoms have subsided over the hours.”

The goalkeeper for the Atlas Lions violently collided with Srdan Babic, one of his teammates. The goalkeeper was struck immediately and collapsed to the ground before being carried away on a stretcher while sporting a neck brace.
