29-year-old woman dies near stadium during Raja and Al-Ahly game

During the Raja and Al-Ahly game at the Mohamed V stadium on Saturday, a tragic occurrence was reported by local officials in the Casablanca-Anfa prefecture.

While near the stadium, a woman in her 30s passed away. It is not yet known what caused the death.

Authorities and civil protection agencies moved quickly to treat the injured person right away and take her to the hospital, but the woman passed away from her injuries.

The authorities have opened an inquiry under the direction of the competent Public Prosecution to ascertain the facts and circumstances surrounding the occurrence.
