Morocco and Rwanda – Two Agreements of Bilateral Cooperation.

Two agreements of bilateral cooperation were signed today Friday by Morocco and Rwanda.

Mr. Nasser Bourita, the Moroccan Minister of Foreign Affairs, signed today Friday two agreements with his Rwandan counterpart, Dr. Vincent Biruta to foster the bilateral cooperation between the two countries.

The agreements include a memorandum of understanding to establish a Steering Committee for bilateral cooperation to be in charge of monitoring and assessing the implementation of decisions and recommendations issued by the Moroccan-Rwandan Cooperation Commission.

A memorandum of understanding between the two countries was signed concerning the field of sport defining the modalities of bilateral cooperation.

The two Ministers expressed their mutual understanding concerning issues of common interest mainly peace and security in Africa as well as food security, sustainable development, and reform of the African Union.
