Nigeria’s President Thanks HM King of Morocco Mohammed VI for the help and support Morocco allots to Nigeria.

Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari, has hailed Morocco’s action plan and diplomacy for the year 2021 especially as it developed Nigeria’s agriculture and thus diversifying the country’s sources of economy which wouldn’t have happened hadn’t Morocco provided technical support for the country.

He further added that “we are grateful for Morocco for the support they have given us in producing fertilizers in our country. Thanks to Morocco, we do possess 42 companies that produce fertilizers in six important parts”

In the same context, Muhammadu Buhari, extended his thanks for Morocco’s Phosphate Giant (OCP).

In his call with HM King Mohammed VI on January 31, Muhammadu Buhari expressed Nigeria’s conviction to realize and push forward Morocco-Nigeria Gas Pipeline “as soon as possible” thus, allowing more than 300 million African through Nigeria, Benin, Togo, Ghana, Cote d’Ivoire, Liberia, Sierra Leon, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Gambia, Senegal, Mauritania and Morocco to benefit from such a project.
