Mali is committed to finding those responsible for the assassination of Moroccan truckers (Malian MAE)
According to Abdoulaye Diop, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in Mali, the Malian government is dedicated to doing everything possible to uncover and prosecute those responsible for the death of two Moroccan truckers in Mali.
Mr. Diop, speaking at a press conference following his meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Nasser Bourita, said it was a “barbaric crime perpetrated by the enemies of our two countries’ peace and progress.”

He also conveyed “the condolences of the President of the interim and Head of State of Mali, Assimi Goïta, And the people of Mali to HM King Mohammed VI, to the Moroccan people and to the families of those who were victims.
“These acts should not discourage us,” the head of Malian diplomacy said, adding that they “are there to remind us of the threat that we face on a daily basis.”
