Partido Popular Leader Calls On Spanish Government To Accelerate Rapprochement With Morocco

The Spanish Partido Popular calls on the government of Sanchez to accelerate rapprochement with Morocco and holds it responsible for the migrants “invading” Ceuta.

Pablo Casado, leader of the Spanish People’s Party, called on the Socialist government of Sanchez to urgently start rapprochement and security coordination with Morocco.

Casado shared a post via his Twitter account, blaming the socialist government for the “invasion” of Ceuta by Moroccan migrants.

“I have just spoken with the head of Ceuta government to support him in the grave immigration crisis plaguing our city,” said Casado. “The Spanish government must immediately guarantee the safety of our borders and coordinate with Morocco the return of migrants to their country.”
