President Donald Trump Impeached AGAIN

Washington D.C. – Congress voted to impeach President Donald J. Trump after House Republicans joined the fight. The impeachment article accuses the President of “incitement of insurrection”

Washington D.C. – Congress voted to impeach President Donald J. Trump after House Republicans joined the fight. The impeachment article accuses the President of “incitement of insurrection” after the events that took place in Capitol Hill on January 6th of this year.

10 Republican representatives voted for the impeachment of the President. 

The Senate trial is scheduled for next week, although Mitch McConnell, Senate majority leader, said that he would not agree to use emergency powers to have a Senate trial before January 19th.

It is important to note that President Donald J. Trump is set to leave office on January 20th to be replaced by Joe R. Biden, the President-elect, and the upcoming 46th President of the United States.
