<p>The Communique condemns such an act of aggression and promises that it shouldn’t influence the strong ties uniting the two peoples of Morocco and Burkina Faso.</p>
<p>The Communique further added that the Burkinabe government promises the implementation of strong reinforced security measures within and around embassies and residential zones.</p>

<p>Two unidentified attackers on a bike targeted the Ambassador with gun shots according to Burkinabe national media.</p>
<p>Police reported the pursuit of the attackers which resulted in shooting one dead while the other is still on the run.</p>
<p>The Ambassador was taken to hospital immediately suffering from multiple wounds, the same source further added.</p>
