His Excellency Youssef Slaoui, Morocco’s Ambassador to Burkina Faso, was officially received, this Thursday 23 September 2021 in Ouagadougou, by the Minister of Culture, Arts and Tourism, Dr Élise Foniyama Ilboudo/Thiombiano.

On the agenda of exchanges, partnership in the domains of Culture and tourism between Burkina Faso and Morocco, which, according to the Director of Cooperation and Legal Affairs, Mr.Idrissa ZOROM, is an outstanding cooperation.

A proposed tourism cooperation agreement is in the works between the two countries. In the long run, this agreement will strengthen bilateral cooperation by attracting private investors from both nations to invest in the tourist sector, including development and valorization.
