According to a press release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the goal of this interview was to accelerate the implementation of the bilateral cooperation roadmap (2021-2024) signed last March, which covers several key sectors such as education, vocational training, agriculture, health, and tourism.

Ramdin and Bourita underlined their mutual objectives of cooperation during a recent visit to Morocco, particularly through the building of a Suriname embassy in Rabat and a general consulate in Dakhla.

As a result, the two parties intend to deepen their mutual dialogue in the near future.
