According to a brief statement received by Morocco Telegraph from the Moroccan Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Mr. Nasser Bourita, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Living Abroad, received on March 14, 2023 a telephone call from his Russian counterpart, Mr. Sergey Lavrov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

The conversation focused on the development of bilateral relations, within the framework of mutual respect, constructive dialogue and the strengthening of sectoral cooperation.

Regional and international issues were also discussed during the meeting.
