New Instructions From HM King Mohammed VI Regarding The Entry Of Moroccans Residing Abroad

His Majesty King Mohammed VI gave instructions to the Mohammed V Foundation for Solidarity to make special arrangements for facilitating the entry of Moroccans residing abroad on board ships, in order to ensure that they benefit from optimal conditions during transit and arrival.

These arrangements aim to facilitate all administrative, customs and health procedures, during the transit process, to ensure safe, smooth and satisfactory conditions during travel.

The rest of the other usual measures related to reception and assistance, provided by the Mohammed V Foundation for Solidarity, in Morocco and abroad, will continue to operate.

On the other hand, His Majesty gave instructions for the Kingdom’s embassies and general consulates abroad to be prepared for this process. Thus, diplomatic and consular representations are invited to facilitate all consular and administrative procedures required by Moroccan citizens and foreigners wishing to visit Morocco, and to respond in an efficient manner to their requests and expectations.

It should be recalled that the Royal Office announced, yesterday, Sunday, that King Mohammed VI has instructed all those involved in the field of transport to work to facilitate the return of Moroccans residing abroad at an affordable price.

The same source added, in this context, that His Majesty’s orders also concern all those involved in the field of air transport, especially Royal Air Maroc, and various actors at the level of maritime transport.

These royal instructions focus on the adoption of reasonable prices that are accessible to all, and the provision of a sufficient number of trips, to enable Moroccan families abroad to visit their homeland and bond with their families and relatives, especially during these difficult times.
