Morocco expresses its support for Saudi Arabia’s bid to host the 2030 World Expo

On Sunday, Morocco expressed its support for the Kingdom’s ambition to host Expo 2030 in Riyadh.

“By royal direction, Morocco expresses its support for Saudi Arabia’s bid to host Expo 2030 in Riyadh,” the country’s foreign ministry announced on Twitter.

Nasser Bourita, Morocco’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccan Expatriates, met with his Saudi counterpart earlier today.

According to the Saudi Press Agency, Prince Faisal bin Farhan hailed Bourita for Morocco’s support for the Kingdom’s ambition to host Expo 2030 in Riyadh.
They also talked about regional and international events of mutual interest.
