Ismail Omar Guelleh, the president of the Republic of Djibouti, received Mohamed Mehdi Bensaid, the minister of youth, culture, and communication, in audience on Wednesday in the nation’s capital while he was carrying a letter from His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist him.

After this audience, Bensaid gave a press conference where he explained that the royal message he had given to President Ismail Omar Guelleh was about bilateral relations and how to make them stronger overall. The presence of this audience, Bensaid continued, provided an opportunity to reaffirm the rich and excellent historical ties that exist between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Djibouti

The minister continued, “Bilateral relations between Rabat and Djibouti, marked by mutual respect and cooperation, were also reviewed.” He emphasized that due to the leaders of the two nations’ desire to fulfill the aspirations of their respective peoples, cooperation in all areas will continue between the two nations.
