Laoualy Dan Dano stated to the press following his meeting with the Minister Delegate for Relations with Parliament, Government Spokesman Mustapha Baitas ,that “Niger is an old friend of Morocco and will remain a friend of Morocco.”

He also added that this meeting was an opportunity to review and exchange experiences in terms of relations with institutions, and that these discussions, which also centered on strengthening diplomatic relations, were “beneficial to both parties.”

Mustapha Baitas, for his part, welcomed the “fruitful” talks, which focused on various areas of cooperation, particularly those of mutual interest.

This meeting, he explained, was a chance for the Niger Minister to restate his country’s support for Morocco’s territorial integrity and to look into ways to deepen collaboration in numerous sectors that would benefit both nations.
