Azzedine Ounahi, a Moroccan midfielder currently playing for Angers, Have caught the eye of FC Barcelona in the next transfer window.

One of the unexpected heroes of the present Qatar 2022 World Cup is Ounahi, who was referred to the former Spain national team manager Luis Enrique as “Morocco’s number eight” following an outstanding performance against La Roja when the Atlas Lions eliminated them on penalties in the last 16.

The Moroccan national team qualified for the Qatar 2022 World Cup with a four-goal victory over the Democratic Republic of Congo in the second leg of the final round at Mohammed V Stadium in Casablanca.
