FIFA appoints an Argentinian referee to the Morocco-Portugal match

The International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) has just revealed the identity of the referee who will officiate the Atlas Lions match against Portugal in the World Cup quarterfinals tomorrow Saturday, December 10.

The Argentinian referee Facundo Tello will preside over the national team’s match against Portugal on Saturday, December 10 at 4:00 p.m. (Moroccan time) at Doha, Qatar’s Stadium Al-Thumama.

The 40-year-old has been an international referee since 2019, experienced working in Argentina. His compatriots Ezequiel Brailovsky and Gabriel Alfredo will assist him.

Another Argentinian referee will be at the VAR, it is Mauro Vigliano who will be assisted by the Spanish Ricardo De Borgos and the Argentinian Diego Bonfa.
