FIFA Ranking: Morocco moves up 11 places, and it’s not over yet

The Atlas Lions have reached the World Cup semi-finals in Qatar 2022 after defeating major European teams such as Belgium, Spain, and Portugal. According to football-ranking, the Atlas Lions will jump 11 places in the next FIFA ranking, which will be published on December 22. They will move up from 22nd to 11th. The Atlas Lions can still climb the rankings if they defeat France in the World Cup semi-final on Wednesday (8:00 pm).

The Moroccan Team have advanced to the World Cup semi-finals after defeating Belgium, Canada, Spain, and Portugal. A significant accomplishment that propelled Morocco into the world’s top four.

In addition to bringing joy and happiness to Moroccans, Africa, and the Arab world, the Atlas Lions will strike a blow at the FIFA ranking.

According to football-ranking, the Atlas Lions will improve by at least 11 places to the 11th position in the world, up from the 22nd position they held prior to the start of the World Cup.

Morocco gained 108.88 more points as a result of its victories over the previously mentioned teams, bringing its total points to 1672.38, up from 1,564 previously.
