Morocco’s Semi-Final Referee Has Been Revealed

FIFA has officially nominated a South American refereeing panel to oversee Morocco’s 2022 World Cup semi-final against France in Qatar on Wednesday.

FIFA has officially named Mexican referee Cesar Ramos to officiate the France-Morocco match on Wednesday, December 14th ( 8 pm). He had previously officiated in the group stage match against Belgium.

He will be assisted by his countrymen Alberto Morin and Miguel Hernandez, with Venezuelan Jesús Valenzuela serving as the fourth referee.

The VAR will be overseen by Canadian Drew Fischer, who will be assisted by Colombian Nicolas Gallo. Offside will be handled by the Brazilian Neuza Back, with American Armando Villarreal assisting.

The match is scheduled to take place at Al Bayt Stadium in Al Khor. The winner will face either Argentina or Croatia in the final at Lusail Stadium on Sunday, December 18 at 4 p.m.
