Bourita meets with White House officials in Washington
Mr. Nasser Bourita, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccans Living Abroad, met with Mr. Jake Sullivan, National Security Advisor of the United States, and Mr. Brett McGurk, Special Advisor to President Biden and Coordinator for the Middle East and North Africa, on Tuesday 21 March 2023, as part of his visit to Washington.

The discussions focused on ways to further deepen and diversify the strategic partnership between the United States and Morocco, in line with the shared ambitions of His Majesty King Mohammed VI and US President Joe Biden, for a stronger and renewed alliance between the two countries.
The talks were also an opportunity to discuss regional and international issues of mutual interest, particularly in the Middle East and Africa, where Morocco and the US are working for peace, stability, and prosperity.
