Dakhla Municipal Council approves a series of twinning agreements

A number of twinning agreements and guidelines pertaining to the collection of household rubbish and the towing of automobiles were adopted by the Dakhla Municipal Council during its most recent ordinary session in May.

An overview of the municipality’s action report between the two sessions was delivered during this session, which was presided over by Erragheb Hormatollah, the president of the Dakhla Municipal Council.

The Dakhla Municipal Council members unanimously ratified four twinning agreements on this occasion between the cities of Dakhla and Salerno (Italy), Libertad (Salvador), Pithiviers (France), and Ourno (Niger).

The specifications for the delegated administration of the collection of home waste and other comparable rubbish in Dakhla were also validated.

In addition, the Council members unanimously agreed to implement the modification to the requirements pertaining to vehicle towing.
