OCP unloads its first fertilizer ship in Port Sudan after a 40-year absence
Anouar Jamali, the head of OCP Africa, made the announcement on Tuesday. In Port Sudan, a seaside town in Sudan, the OCP group introduced and unloaded its first fertilizer ship breaking a 40-year absence.

It should be noted that “agriculture is a masterpiece in the growth of the country and its food security, and OCP Africa aims to be a key partner for the country and for Sudanese farmers.”
The ship Team Samba chartered to convey this fertilizer consignment departed the port of Jorf Lasfer on November 1, 2022, and on November 23, 2022, it reached the main port of Sudan situated on the Red Sea.
