Morocco’s Ambassador Meets AU Commission Chair in Addis Ababa

Morocco’s Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the African Union ( AU ) and the UNECA, Mohamed Arrouchi, engaged in discussions on Friday at the AU headquarters in Addis Ababa. The talks with AU Commission Chairperson, Moussa Faki Mahamat, centered on fostering cooperation between the Kingdom and the pan-African organization, highlighting key diplomatic efforts for enhanced collaboration.

During the meeting, the two parties delved into Morocco’s noteworthy presence across diverse African Union bodies, emphasizing collaborative efforts between Morocco and the pan-African organization.

In reaffirming Morocco’s steadfast commitment, the diplomat reiterated the Kingdom’s dedication to bolstering collective African initiatives. This commitment aligns with the Royal Vision for collaborative African action, serving the noble causes of Africa and advancing the vital interests of its citizens in peace, security, and development domains.
