Moroccan Atlas Lions Make History in the World Cup

Moroccan Atlas Lions are the first African nation to reach the semi-final stage of a World Cup after they stunned Portugal in Qatar Today, Saturday.

With a solid defense line ready to thwart Portugal’s counterattacks and scoring efforts, the Moroccan Atlas Lions put up another amazing and outstanding performance against Portugal.

Youssef En-Nessyri headed home the only goal of the game to earn Morocco a historic victory.

Portugal piled on the pressure late on and introduced Cristiano Ronaldo as a second-half substitute.

Morocco screamed in joy when the last whistle blew. The victory kicks off a week of celebrations and a huge party throughout the Arab and African continents.
