Triple distinction for Casablanca Mohammed V airport

Casablanca Mohammed V airport has just won a triple award. The airport has been voted the best African airport in 2022, the airport with the most dedicated staff in Africa and the easiest African airport to fly into.

The awards are presented by the Airport Council International (ACI) as part of the Airport Service Quality (ASQ/ACI) ranking, which is based on passenger voting and recognises the quality of service offered at airports in different regions of the world.

For the African region, Casablanca Mohammed V airport was awarded best African airport in the category of airports with annual air traffic between 5 and 15 million passengers.

These annual awards are given by ACI to the world’s best airports according to the ASQ passenger satisfaction surveys. ACI’s surveys, as part of this programme, cover some thirty indicators covering the entire passenger value chain (services provided, waiting times, courtesy, cleanliness, etc.). This year, the survey concerned 465,000 passengers across 283 airports. For Casablanca airport, more than 2,000 passengers were surveyed.
