Diana Holding — roots in 1956, reach across sectors
Founded in 1956 by the late Ibrahim Zniber, Diana Holding is today a diversified conglomerate with interests spanning agriculture, poultry production, beverages, seafood, plastic packaging, distribution, and retail. Under Ghita Maria Zniber’s chairmanship, the group manages approximately 8,300 hectares of agricultural land through more than 30 subsidiaries and eight business divisions, employing around 7,200 people.

YNNA Holding — from 1948 to Laayoune’s wind
YNNA Holding traces its origins to 1948, when the late Miloud Chaabi established the group that would grow into one of Morocco’s most diversified conglomerates. Today managed by Mamma Tajmouati, the group operates across hospitality, industry, construction, retail, food production, and real estate. Its portfolio includes Salam Markets, Super Cérame, Chaabi Housing, GPC, and SNEP.
Its most recent strategic move points toward energy: in 2025, YNNA Holding signed a partnership with AMEA Power to develop a 100-megawatt wind power project in Laayoune, with operations expected to begin in 2027.
Morocco’s five in full
Beyond Diana Holding and YNNA Holding, Morocco’s presence in the Forbes MENA ranking includes O Capital Group (21st), Holmarcom (75th), and Addoha Group (83rd) — placing the country among the few non-Gulf nations with multiple representatives in a list still heavily shaped by Saudi Arabian and Emirati capital.
