French Minister of State Visits Rabat to Strengthen Bilateral Cooperation
France’s Minister for Francophonie and International Partnerships, Éléonore Caroit Rabat – France’s Minister Delegate for Francophonie, International Partnerships and French Nationals Abroad, Éléonore Caroit, began a two-day official visit to Morocco on Monday aimed at strengthening bilateral cooperation between Rabat and Paris.
The visit includes meetings with Moroccan government officials to discuss ways to enhance cooperation in Francophonie, international partnerships, and issues related to French citizens living abroad. It comes as both countries continue to deepen ties across multiple sectors.
During her stay, Caroit is also expected to take part in the Africa Open Government Forum, a platform dedicated to promoting transparency and institutional openness across African countries.
She will also attend events at the Rabat International Book Fair, one of Morocco’s major cultural gatherings that brings together publishers, writers, and cultural actors from Morocco and abroad.
The visit reflects the ongoing momentum in Morocco–France relations, particularly in cultural and institutional cooperation, as both sides seek to expand their partnership and strengthen coordination in areas of shared interest.
